- The age of a dancer is determined on the day of the event.
- Duo/Trio, Group, Team and Super Team is calculated on the average age of all participating dancers.

- Entries open on the 15 April and close on the 20 June 2026 (midnight) or when max entries have been received
- Dance studios must submit all entries. Independent entries will be considered by special request (please contact us by email)
- Entries are confirmed on receipt of full payment
- Entry fees are non refundable.
The Important Stuff
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Routines are expected to perform in the order they are scheduled.
- A photographer will be available on the day.
- Personal video recording and photography, either off or on stage, is strictly limited to taking photographs of your own child or student.
- Dancers enter this event with the knowledge that photos and videos taken at the event, by Showstopper and hired personnel, may be used by the organizers for social media and marketing purposes.
- Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risks. By entering Showstopper, participants, parents, guardians and teachers, acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Showstopper, its organisers, staff, adjudicators, and the hosting venue will not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage, to person or property, sustained during the event.
- Participants, spectators and teachers are responsible for their personal belongings. Showstopper is not liable for lost or stolen items.
